A clear framework from day one<\/h2>\n

Three priorities guided the project from the very first decisions, with a deliberate hierarchy. First, a business imperative: the client\u2019s lease was coming to an end, creating a firm timeline for the entire mandate. Second, an operational goal: bringing two distinct teams together under one roof in a coherent, legible, and functional way. Finally, an experience-driven ambition focused on everyday quality and workplace appeal: close proximity to the REM, a generous kitchen footprint, and the integration of a Wellness and rest room.<\/p>\n

Coexisting without getting in each other\u2019s way<\/h2>\n

The space was built around a quiet sense of clarity: expansive glazed fa\u00e7ades, long sightlines, and seamless circulation. Everything is pared back, functional, and intentional. The plan supports the cohabitation of two teams with different realities, while adding what was missing: structured collaboration spaces and meeting areas that accommodate informal exchanges as well as formal sessions.<\/p>\n

Controlled circulation, privacy preserved<\/h2>\n

Paths and adjacencies were designed to protect focus and streamline welcome. Visitors can access meeting spaces directly thanks to a centralized boardroom, without passing through the open office, preserving confidentiality and uninterrupted work. For the team, the journey begins in the open area, then leads to support spaces intentionally set back. The kitchen and lounge are positioned further away to offer a real break without disturbing colleagues. Distributed meeting rooms, small breakout lounges, and the Wellness room complete the ecosystem, supporting focus work, disconnection, and varied rhythms throughout the day.<\/p>\n

Honest materials, a calming atmosphere<\/h2>\n

Materiality shapes the mood through a simple, precise, durable palette. Polished concrete floors ground the space and provide a crisp continuity that feels almost quiet. Light wood in the kitchen, millwork, and counters warms the rigor and makes the environment inviting. Matte black, found in glazed frames, technical volumes, and furniture, acts as a graphic thread: it structures the space, frames views, and sets the rhythm. Glass, ever-present, dissolves boundaries without losing intimacy: it lets light circulate, and with it the energy of the collective.<\/p>\n

Signature moments that shape the day<\/h2>\n

Key moments unfold naturally. A signature meeting room creates a more enveloping atmosphere: a dark ceiling, a large table, a focused ambiance, a place where decisions happen. Elsewhere, the open area remains bright and calm, punctuated by planted dividers that filter views and humanize the space. Then comes the living heart: a long, generous kitchen island, designed as a daily destination. Coffee, spontaneous conversations, and pauses that bring people together. High tables and exchange zones sit along circulation paths, ready to host a quick conversation, a team huddle, or an idea shared in passing.<\/p>\n

Meeting the deadline, respecting the budget, delivering what matters<\/h2>\n

All of this was delivered under two non-negotiable constraints: the schedule dictated by the lease expiry and the budget. Every design direction was validated against feasibility within these parameters. The result reflects a way of working that is clear, open, and high-performing. An environment that encourages collaboration without sacrificing concentration, strengthens the brand through controlled simplicity, and retains people through what it offers every day: comfort, light, well-designed spaces, and that rare feeling that everything is exactly where it should be.<\/p>\n
