Achieving impeccable execution in very little time
By asking SHED to design its clinic, which is located on the ground floor of a commercial building in Montreal, Ora Clinic set itself apart from the competition with a pleasant, calm environment. A large perforated aluminium ceiling dominates the space and exposes the mechanical elements and geometric alignment of the lighting, which gives the separate rooms a lofty feel. The project had to be completed in 13 weeks. Due to this extremely tight timeline, we had to effectively coordinate the various types of trade work. Thanks to the effective collaboration between all professionals, nothing was left to chance and an impeccably executed space was delivered on time. As a result of this project, SHED’s architects were chosen as finalists for OAQ architectural excellence awards in 2017.
