Teccart Institute
A visionary college designed with expertise and collaboration!
Institut Teccart is a college of technology, arts, and design. Located in Brossard’s Solar Uniquartier, the brief for this new school was ambitious. In addition to spacious, flexible classrooms, it needed cutting-edge labs and sewing workshops. The 33,000 sq ft campus also had to include places for interaction, work, and gatherings, relaxation zones, and multiple collaboration areas.
The goal was to create more than a simple place of learning: an energizing environment where every architectural element inspires students and staff. Thanks to our Integrated Collaborative Project Management (GPCI) approach, we successfully supported the client’s mission to offer a superb learning environment for future students, with optimized, well-controlled budgets and a schedule delivered on time!
